Last updated 27 Oct 2026
All information relating to users' personal data is kept confidential in compliance with the legislation in force on the protection of personal data. The security of the Online Store is achieved through the following procedures:
Customer identification
There are two codes used to identify the user/customer:
A) the Login Code (Username) and
B) the Secret Security Code (Password),
Each time the user/customer enters them, they gain access to their personal data with complete security. They are given the option to change the Secret Security Code (password) as often as they wish. The only person who has access to their data is the user themselves, through the above codes, and they are solely responsible for keeping it secret from third parties. In the event of its loss or leak, they must notify us; otherwise we are not responsible for the use of the secret code by an unauthorised person. Our online store in no way discloses or publishes the personal data and information of users/customers. Personal data is used exclusively for the proper execution of transactions.
Ensuring the confidentiality of the transfer of your personal data
To ensure the confidentiality of data transfer, the SSL-128bit encryption protocol is used.
Encryption
From the start to the end of the connection (on–line session) with the online store, all information and personal data of the user/customer is encrypted on the basis of the SSL 128-bit encryption protocol. Encryption is essentially a way of encoding information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key. Each time the user connects to the online store, all communication between the user's computer and our website is encrypted using a 128-bit key.
Login Code (Username) & Security Code (Password)
To log in to the online store, the user uses two codes, the Login Code (Username) and the Secret Security Code (Password). The online store gives the user the option to change the Secret Security Code (password) as often as they wish.
Personal data – Confidentiality of transactions
The details of users (name, e-mail address, home address, landline telephone, mobile telephone etc.) and of the transactions of users of the online store are considered confidential. When providing their details in the course of their transactions, users consent to and accept the forthcoming processing of these personal data for the needs of a smooth and easy transaction between the parties, as well as the transmission of these data to recipients who will be specifically identified, namely the employees of the company, in the course of carrying out the contract being concluded. It is confirmed that only authorised employees have access to transaction information, and only whenever this is necessary, e.g. for processing orders.
Our Company undertakes not to disclose the details of customers and their transactions, unless it has written authorisation from them, or this is required by a court decision or a decision of another public authority.
